On June 29, 2020. Kentville Town Council gave notice of its intention to amend the Land Use Bylaw to:
- Allow Public and Private Schools within the One and Two Unit Dwelling Zone (R-2) Zone subject to conditions (Valley Community Learning Association application); and
- Limit the number of Municipal Elections Signs a candidate may post to a maximum of 6 (Town of Kentville Application)
An online PUBLIC HEARING will be held via Zoom Webinar/Facebook Live or call-in at 4:00 PM on Wednesday July 22, 2020 to consider these matters. Any interested persons are welcome to make their opinions known to Council by submitting either a written submission by 4:30 p.m. on Monday July 20, 2020 or by attending the online meeting via Zoom. (Please note that Facebook Live is view only and not suitable for providing feedback)
