Residents have many convenient options for paying tax bills, utility bills, and other town-related expenses.

In person

You can drop off payments at the back door of Town Hall into the secure payment drop box.  Please deposit cheques only, no cash.  

From home

You may make payments to the Town of Kentville via your regular online banking (add us as a payee) or by pre-authorized payment.  To set up pre-authorized payments call the finance department 902-679-2500

By credit card

To make tax and/or utility payments by Visa or MasterCard, you may use the Paymentus system. Paymentus Corporation is a third-party automated payment service that charges a convenience fee to cover their handling and processing. The Town of Kentville does not receive any part of the service fee.

You will need to enter your payment information, including your tax or utility bill account number, credit card details, and payment amount. After you confirm to pay the Paymentus convenience fee, your transaction will be completed, and you will be provided with a confirmation number. Town Hall will receive instant notification of your payment and it will be posted to your account the next business day.
