TAKE NOTICE that Kentville Town Council will be holding a PUBLIC HEARING on Monday, September 8, 2025 at 5pm in Council Chambers of Town Hall, 354 Main Street, Kentville, NS. Council intends to consider at this meeting the following proposals:
- Land Use Bylaw Text Amendments to revise amenity and parking requirements for residential developments in the General Commercial (C1) Zone.
- Land Use Bylaw Map Amendments to rezone 157 Main Street (PID 55467070) from the One and Two Units Residential (R2) Zone to the Medium Density Residential (R3) Zone.
Any interested persons who wish to speak on the matter are welcome to attend and make their opinions known to Council. Visual presentations, such as PowerPoint, and written submissions must be provided to staff before 12:00 noon on the business day immediately preceding the Hearing.
