Kentville Town Council will meet on Monday March 24 at 3pm for the first presentation of the 2025-2026 Capital Budget.  The meeting is open to the public and will be livestreamed on our YouTube channel.

Kentville residents elect six councillors and the mayor every four years during municipal elections. This team meets each month during the Council Advisory Committee (CAC) meeting with directors to understand town operations, and to receive recommendations from staff.  At the end of each month, council considers these and other recommendations and makes decisions in the best interest of the town. Both the CAC and council meetings are open to the public, either live at Town Hall or online using YouTube.  All council meetings and council meeting highlights are available on the town's YouTube channel.

There will also be competitions! Cosplay, D&D and magic as well as the dragons roar and thumbwar competition for the little ones. There will be giveaways and raffles for prizes that were donated by great companies like Elderwood Academy, Geekwood and Token Managerie. All monies from prize raffles will be donated to Charity to house people and feed hungry bellies.

We will have prizes from the most popular gaming mercantiles and food from an excellent local chef, Riley Skinner-Taylor preparing fantasy and gaming themed hand tossed pizza, see the tossing on Friday first hand.

We will also have 11 vendors that sell gaming and nerd-quality gear within the Wayward Witches Alley!

Come on down to the valley and have fun gaming and dressing up as your favourite character, join the cosplay competition for your chance to win snazzy prizes and sign the illusive Walk Off trophy, the golden skull!
