Notice is hereby given that the above proposed bylaw has been given first reading and is subject to approval at second reading on March 23, 2026, during the regular council meeting.

The object of the bylaw is to list properties located in Town of Kentville and belonging to eligible non-profit organizations, eligible to receive a partial property taxes exemption.

A copy of the proposed bylaw is located in the related documents section of this page, and a copy is also available for inspection at Town Hall, 354 Main Street, Kentville.
