TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Town of Kentville on Wednesday June 21st, 2023 at 6:00 PM in the Kentville Fire Hall, 463 Main Street, Kentville, Nova Scotia, will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on Council’s intention to approve a Land Use Bylaw amendment to rezone PID 55247761 from Large Lot Residential (R5) to Single Unit Dwelling (R1), One and Two Unit Dwelling (R2), and High Density Residential (R4).
AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that any interested persons who wish to speak on this matter are invited to register to speak by contacting the Deputy Town Clerk, Jennifer West at 902-679-2503 or by providing written correspondence by 4:30 PM on Tuesday June 20th, 2023, or by attending the meeting in person. The event will be livestreamed to the town's YouTube channel.
