The Town of Kentville on behalf of the Kentville Water Commission wishes to advise residents of upcoming work required to upgrade the water meter system.  Certain areas of Town will be completed this year.  Some residents have already been contacted by Neptune Technologies Canada on behalf of the Town. More neighbourhoods are being added to the project area, so if you get a visit or call from a Neptune Representative, please be assured that they are working on behalf of the Town of Kentville. 

Please keep an eye out for a letter in your mail, or a door knocker left for you if you are within the following areas of town:

• Glenwood Subdivision: Duncan, Alicia and Carmen 
• Palmetre Subdivision: Grant, George, Palmetre, Fielding, Murray, & the older section of MacDonald Park
• MacDougall Heights: Dalhousie, Acadia 

Not all residents in each listed area will receive a letter!  If you live in one of these areas and do not get a letter even though your neighbour did, there is no need to worry.  If you DO receive a letter please follow the steps outlined within to register your property as required for the meter change over.
