TAKE NOTICE that at a public meeting held June 28, 2021, Town Council gave First Reading to amend Chapter 105 Kings Regional Emergency Management Organization Bylaw.

The amendments to the Bylaw are needed to update and clarify the roles and responsibilities of the Kings Regional Emergency Management Organization.

FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that the Second (Final) Reading of these Bylaw amendments is scheduled to take place at the Special Meeting of Town Council on July 26, 2021 at 6:00 PM.

A copy of this Bylaw is available at the Town Office at 354 Main Street, Kentville, NS, between the house of 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday (holidays excluded), or on the Town’s website at www.kentville.ca.  Any objections should be made in writing to the Town Clerk.
