NOTICE OF INTENT TO CONSIDER PROPOSED BYLAW

Sewer Bylaw - Bylaw 203

Notice is hereby given that the above proposed bylaw has been given first reading and is subject to approval at second reading on December 15, 2025, during the regular council meeting.

The object of the bylaw is to provide for regulations for access to and use of municipal sewer system, along with an updated fee schedule.

A copy of the proposed bylaw is located in the related documents section of this page, and a copy is also available for inspection at Town Hall, 354 Main Street, Kentville.
