The Kentville Business park is growing- and there’s room to keep going. Since purchasing 40 Acres from NSBI in 2014, the Town has sold 18 of those acres to new businesses who have located to the park, and one that needed room for an expansion. Lots available in the lower section of the park are available at $25,000 per acre, and lots with 101 frontage are listed for $45,000 per acre. A concept plan provided by Design Point shows suggested lot layouts, but the land has not been subdivided which means there is flexibility on size and layout in most cases. The Town recently completed a new roadway, Rockwell Drive, to open up access to the new potential lots. Interest has been high since the large scale Robinson’s development (visible from the highway 101) was completed earlier this year.
The Town is keen to hear from any interested parties, whether they be small medium or large operations. The properties are listed with deVries Barnard and Associates.
