UPDATED AUGUST 12 2024

Work has been completed on the sidewalk and finishing touches (sod) are on the way. Once in place, that will conclude the work for this project.  

Please note that construction work to replace a section of sidewalk on the South side of Belcher Street is scheduled to begin on Monday July 29th 2024.  The section being replaced is roughly located between Chapel Hill and Pleasant Street.  Crews will be removing the old sidewalk, preparing the area and paving with new asphalt.  Work will be completed as quickly as possible, weather permitting, and we thank property owners along the work route for their patience as we complete this upgrade.
