NOTICE OF INTENT TO CONSIDER PROPOSED BYLAW

Noise Bylaw - Bylaw 201

Notice is hereby given that the above proposed bylaw has been given first reading and is subject to approval at second reading on November 24, 2025, during the regular council meeting.

The object of the bylaw is to note the times when, and the types of noise, that are prohibited and specified exemptions.

A copy of the proposed bylaw is located in the related documents section of this page, and a copy is also available for inspection at Town Hall, 354 Main Street, Kentville.
