The Town of Kentville in partnership with TrailFlow Outdoor Adventures is proud to announce that the Canada Cup mountain bike race is coming back to Nova Scotia in July 2024!  Mark your calendars for July 18-21 when Kentville will host riders from all across the nation during the only stop for the Canada Cup series in Atlantic Canada.  

Located an hour from Halifax, “The Gorge” offers amazing riding just steps from Downtown Kentville and has been a popular riding destination for decades. This cross county mountain bike race will challenge the skill and fitness of riders and has everything you could wish for in a race course.  From steep technical climbs and rough descents, jumps and drops to smooth flowing singletrack, you’ll find it all here in Kentville, Nova Scotia.

This event will be welcoming elite riders from across Canada, but we’d also love our local riders and bike enthusiasts to join us!  Visit the official event page for more details.

The Town of Kentville wishes to advise residents of road closures during the upcoming Canadian National Mountain Biking competition taking place in Kentville from July 18-21.

Closure and Detour Schedule:

Friday, July 19, 2024: 12:00am to 4:00pm

Saturday, July 20, 2024: 7:00am to 8:30pm

Sunday, July 21, 2024: 7:00am to 5:00pm
