TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Town of Kentville on Tuesday June 20th, 2023 at 6:00pm in the Council Chambers will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on Council's intention to approve an amendment to the Subdivision Bylaw with regard to the requirements for sidewalks and multi-use pathways on new Arterial and Collector Roads. The Public Hearing will also be live streamed on the Town of Kentville's YouTube channel. 

AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that any interested persons who wish to speak on this matter are invited to submit either written correspondence by 4:30pm on Monday June 19th, 2023 or by attending the meeting.
