On May 25, 2020. Kentville Town Council gave notice of its intention to amend the Land Use Bylaw Zoning Map to rezone PID# 55290241 from One-and Two Unit Dwelling (R2) to Medium Density Residential (R3). The amendment will provide an opportunity for a mixed-use residential development on the site.
An online PUBLIC HEARING will be held via Zoom Webinar/Facebook at 4:30 PM on Wednesday June 17, 2020 to consider this matter. Any interested persons are welcome to make their opinions known to Council by submitting either a written submission by 4:30 p.m. on Monday June 15, 2020 or by attending the online meeting via Zoom.
