The Town of Kentville is advising land owners on the Kentville Marsh that a request for variance under the Agricultural Marshland Conservation Act, to allow a Dog Park on PID 55291959 (North of Eaves Hollow) has been submitted to the Nova Scotia Department of Agriculture.  Please note that the Dog Park project will not impact the existing Miner’s Marsh development.  Any Marsh land owners that have comments or concerns about the proposed Dog Park should call Rachel Bedingfield, Director of Parks and Recreation 902-679-2541.
