Notice of Approval - Subdivision Bylaw

Take notice that Kentville Town Council has approved amendments to the Subdivision Bylaw regarding the regulation of primary and secondary services. Council gave Second Reading and final approval to the amendments on April 28, 2025.

The amendments were reviewed by the Provincial Director of Planning, who confirmed they are consistent with provincial interests. In accordance with the Municipal Government Act, Ministerial approval is not required.
