Public Participation Meeting

Proposed Amendments to Rezone 153 Belcher Street

A Public Participation Meeting will be held at the Kentville Town Hall, 354 Main Street, Kentville, Nova Scotia, at 4:30 PM on November 20, 2025 to provide an opportunity for the public to comment on or make suggestions to the proposed amendment options. Presentations on the proposed amendments will be made by planning staff and the applicant.

Planning Application: An application has been received to rezone 153 Belcher Street (PID 55265250) from the One and Two Unit Dwelling (R2) Zone to the Highway Commercial (C2) Zone to facilitate the relocation a dental clinic.

The Public Participation Meeting will be held to provide residents and interested community members an opportunity to learn more about the proposal, ask questions, and share feedback before the matter proceeds to Council for consideration.
