NOTICE OF PASSED BYLAWS

• Board of Police Commissioners - Bylaw 200
• Reduced Taxation - Bylaw 202
• Sewers - Bylaw 203
   

Notice is hereby given that the above proposed bylaws were given second and final reading on October 27, 2025, and December 15, 2025, during regular council meetings.

The object of the Board of Commissioner Bylaw is to explain the roles and responsibilities of the Kentville Board of Police Commissioners.

The object of the Sewer Bylaw is to update the schedule of fees for sewer services.

The object of the Reduced Taxation Bylaw is to provide for different levels of taxation where service levels are different.

With the printing of this notice, these bylaws are now in effect.

A copy of the passed bylaws are located in the related documents section of this page and a copy is also available at Town Hall, 354 Main Street, Kentville, during regular business hours.
