Centennial Arena
The Centennial arena opens on August 16, 2020 with guidelines for using and moving around the facility to reduce the spread of Covid-19. Here is a tour of the facility that outlines the changes!
One of Kentville’s sport and recreation focal points, Centennial Arena is an all-season facility that hosts a wide range of events over the year. Hockey, figure skating, home shows, concerts, craft fairs, and promotional events are just some of the activities you’ll find here.
The arena has a full-sized skating surface, bench seating for spectators, and dressing rooms for public skates and teams. A warming room is available during games and tournaments for judges, coaches, and special guests, with a full view of the ice, and this can also be rented for special events and parties! You can borrow skates and helmets for FREE at the arena.

Public Skating
Public skates cost $3 per person. Age 5 and under are free. 2020/2021 will be posted when available.
