Pilates
Join Nate for a six-week series of Pilates! This class will introduce you to the PILATES® foundation principles on the Mat. Learn to activate your core and work your body efficiently to build strength, improve your posture, and prevent injury. Once you have these fundamentals under your belt, you will begin to feel the benefits of strengthening your mind/body connection.

Chair Yoga
Join Joy in the Kentville Lower Recreation Centre (348 Main Street) for a six week chair yoga program.
January 13- February 17 2021
Wednesdays from 10:00am-11:30am or 1:00pm-2:30pm

Boys' Winter Adventure Club
This is a 6-week after school program for boys and non-binary youth in grades 5-8 at KCA starting on January 12th and ending on February 16th, 2021. The program is every Tuesday and starts at KCA at 2:30pm and finishes at 5pm at The Gorge
While exploring the forest, we will challenge ourselves to use our senses in new ways and nourish our relationships with nature, each other, and ourselves. We will have fun climbing, building forts, making tools, cooking over fire, hiking, and learning how to overcome obstacles on the trail and in life.
The program will be led by experienced outdoor educators and enthusiasts Judy Lipp and Emily LeGrand from Flying Squirrel Adventures.
For KCA Boys and non-binary youth in Grades 5-8

Low-Impact Fitness with Suzi
Join Suzi Fevens for a fun, low impact cardio class designed for those wishing to have lower intensity workouts on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:30-11:30am at the upper level of the Recreation Centre.
On Fridays from 10:30-11:15am, Suzi offers a Zumba Gold class - This is a low impact Zumba Class.

Rug Hooking
Lower Kentville Recreation Centre
Tuesdays from 1:00-3: 00 pm
Join Lynn Denney and Mona Pearl for drop-in rug hooking on Tuesdays in the Lower Kentville Recreation Centre, 354 Main Street, from 1:00-3:00 pm! $5 drop-in fee for each session, with expert advice, in a welcoming and social atmosphere. Bring your rug hooking (or any hand sewing or needlework craft) and come join the fun!

Join us for Recreational Pickleball, Monday evenings from 6:00-8:20pm in the KCA Gym.
