Join Nate for a six-week series of Pilates! This class will introduce you to the PILATES® foundation principles on the Mat. Learn to activate your core and work your body efficiently to build strength, improve your posture, and prevent injury. Once you have these fundamentals under your belt, you will begin to feel the benefits of strengthening your mind/body connection.

This beloved nature program, allows children to flex their imaginations, build their confidence in the outdoors,move their bodies and have fun! Experienced program leaders meet students at KCA and walk to the Gorge together for child-led play and explorations. Pick up at 5:00 pm at the Gorge.

Low-Impact Fitness with Suzi
Join Suzi Fevens for a fun, low impact cardio class designed for those wishing to have lower intensity workouts on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:30-11:30am at Oakdene Park - Parking located at 46 Campbell Road.
On Fridays from 10:30-11:15am, Suzi offers a Zumba Gold class - This is a low impact Zumba Class.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, class capacity is 24. $3 Drop in Fee. Contact tracing will be completed upon arrival.
Please do not attend class if you are feeling unwell or experiencing any Covid-19 symptoms.
The Town of Kentville and Flying Squirrel Adventures have teamed up to offer an 6-week recreation session for 3.5-5 year old kids. Flying Squirrels Forest Play is a nature play session for pre-school aged children.
Held in the Kentville Gorge, the program will run every Tuesday and Thursday from 9:30 am to 12:00 pm or 1:00-3:30pm from July 6th to August 12th.
The program is limited to 10 children.

Join Lynn Denney and Mona Pearl for drop-in rug hooking on Tuesdays in the Lower Kentville Recreation Centre, 354 Main Street, from 1:00-3:00 pm! $5 drop-in fee for each session, with expert advice, in a welcoming and social atmosphere. Bring your rug hooking (or any hand sewing or needlework craft) and come join the fun!
