A quick, yet in-depth, series of skill and play development for players looking to play basketball and learn how to play better. Throughout these sessions skills and drills that improve a variety of skills needed within the game of basketball today will be explored and improved on. This development allows players to become more confident in their abilities on and off the court, and can give new insights to how they play their game and how they can succeed in the future.
$15 for 8 weeks!

Tuesdays at 10am at Miner's Marsh
Happening at 9am on the first Saturday of each month between May and October, this FREE hiking series is open to women and non-binary adults 19+ that are looking to explore new trails and gain new skills, while connecting with themselves, others, and the natural world!
The first hike will be held at Miner's Marsh (Kentville), and the last held at Cape Split (Scots Bay). During the first session, the participants and leaders will select where they would like to explore for the remaining four sessions.

Join Nate for a ten-week series of STOTT Pilates! Learn to activate your core and work your body efficiently to build strength, improve your posture, and prevent injury. Once you have these fundamentals under your belt, you will begin to feel the benefits of strengthening your mind/body connection.

Low-Impact Fitness with Suzi
Join Suzi Fevens for a fun, low impact cardio class designed for those wishing to have lower intensity workouts on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:30-11:30am
On Fridays from 10:30-11:15am, Suzi offers a Zumba Gold class - This is a low impact Zumba Class.
