The Kentville Centennial Arena, located at 120 Webster St, has been a key gathering place for the community since its opening in 1967. This facility features a regulation-sized arena (185’x85’), seven dressing rooms, a canteen, a staff room, and a warming room for spectators. Operating seasonally from September through March, the arena hosts a variety of activities, including public, family, after-school, and adult skates, making it a central hub for ice sports and recreational skating.

In addition, the arena is home to the Annual Kentville Home Show, a popular event that draws visitors from across the region. Find out more about the home show HERE!

Kentville Centennial Arena - Early Season Closure

March 10, 2025 – The Kentville Centennial Arena is now closed for the ice season effective immediately. On Friday, March 7 it temporarily closed due to unforeseen mechanical issues.

This closure comes three weeks earlier than expected and affects several ongoing programs and teams. The Town is working to resolve the issues in preparation for next season.

User groups will communicate directly with their participants as necessary.

We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time. Thank you to all players, coaches, families, fans, and staff for your support throughout the 2024–2025 ice season. The Centennial Arena remains a valued community space, and we look forward to welcoming everyone back next season.
